Change of apartment

If you would like a change of your home scenery, internal moving could be the way to go for you. We will do our best to comply with your wishes.

Important information before you apply for internal moving:

• You can not apply for a change of residence if you have pests in your current apartment. Report any pests to the janitor immediately.
• If you have any invoices not paid.
• If  during your tenancy you have already relocated.
• We cannot give you an estimated time as to when you will be offered a new apartment. It all comes down to availability. 
• Internal moves will not be offered during high season (June-September).

How to apply: 

You can apply via your log in page at Anker Login. Go to the notification center or press «Contracts» and select «Apply for room exchange». You do not need to terminate your contract when applying.

Advance rent & rent during the move: 

A difference in advance rent must be paid before collecting the keys to the new apartment. Rent will be charged for both apartments for the
period during which they are both available to the Tenant, ref. section 16 in your contract.
