REPORT ANY ERROR OR DEFICIENCIES IN APARTMENT
You are responsible for reporting any errors and deficiencies in your home on Anker Login, see §10. (7-8) in lease agreement. You should do this when you hand in your resignation or as soon as possible. This is important as a new student is moving in to your apartment.

COMPLETE THE CHECKLIST
A checklist for moving out will be available on your log in page 30 days before your contract ends. This must be filled out before you move out to confirm cleaning and the approved condition of your apartment.
DELIVERY OF KEYS
Keys must be delivered no later than 11.00 on the morning of the day the contract ends. The keys must be on a key ring and placed in the key safe next to the entrance to the Servicekontoret (Storgata 89). You have access to the key safe 24/7 as it is located on the outside of the building. Your digital key will stop working at 11am on the day your contract expires.
ADVANCE RENT
The advance rent will cover the last two months of rent. If you have failed to pay the increase in advance rent during your tenancy, you will be invoiced for the remaining amount. NOTE: It can take 1-3 working days from the invoicing date until the rent is covered by advance rent in our system.
