The welfare hosts are residents who want to contribute to the majority of residents having a good tenancy, and see the joy and importance of creating a good and social living environment in their student building.
It’s based on volunteering and commitment, and the role is as flexible and as creative as the welfare hosts make it. The aim is for the welfare hosts to be the initiators of creating social activities and "get to know each other" events for the current and new residents, and can act as contact persons in the building. The welfare hosts will receive a certificate from Stiftelsen Anker for the commitment, which will look great on their CV when applying for jobs later.

In addition, we have created a Living Environment Subsidy Plan where welfare hosts and tenants can apply for a financial subsidy to be able to organize social activities with their fellow neighbors. Find more information and application for financial subsidy in the link below.
