If you are unable to use your phone as a door key check these steps:
Lost the door icon in the app? Or have a new phone?
If the door icon has disappeared from your app, you need to delete and reinstall the app in your phone. After this, you must register the key again. This can occur if the mobile phone has recently been updated, if you have a new mobile phone or a new SIM card, etc.
1. Android? Delete app. iPhone? Go to your your phone's settings->general->storage->delete app
2. Reinstall app
3. Select address (St. 61, 63, 65)
4. Click 'Register Keys'
5. Go through the steps in the registration process, here you will need to provide your contract number among other things, this can be found in your contract, or in the 'contract details' tab in your profile on Anker Login
6. When you receive a link by email, press the link and you will be sent to Anker Student app
7. Press Send activation
8. Enter the code you received manually
9. You should have now completed a new key registration and the icon will appear in the bar below.
Do you have an ACCESS button in black on the right bottom?
If NO:
If you still have problems, click here for a bulletproof registration procedure.
If YES:
Check if your keys are valid by syncing your keys by clicking:
SETTINGS (bottom left), then ACTIVATION (top right) and then click on the SYNC KEYS button once. Wait a few seconds for the pop-up to appear.
If you see RESULT_OK your keys are valid.

If you see RESULT_FAILED your keys are NOT valid.
Please check the bulletproof registration process and register again.
