Renewal of contract

Renewal of contract takes place every year in the spring semester (April/May), and those with good tenancy history will receive a notification of this on Anker Login app where new/updated study documentation for the coming year must be uploaded if you wish to renew the contract. 

The maximum length of residence for all tenants is limited to four years.

Once the uploaded documentation has been approved by Anker Studentbolig and you have received confirmation of this, the new contract can be signed (within the given deadline). 

A difference in advance rent balance must be paid before a new contract starts. 

NB! Read the new rental contract carefully and note that the rent is regulated every year.
