Your postbox is located in the 1st floor, to the left of the entrance to the laundry (from 1st of September 23). As a new tenant, you must remember to write your name on your postbox with capital letters. 

When you move in, you must remember to change your address through Altinn.no and Posten.no. See your address under section 2 in your contract. You'll find the contract in your login page "Anker Login".

For bigger packages: The Norwegian Postal Services (Posten) will send a pick-up letter informing you about where the package can be collected. If you have ordered a package online which is being delivered by f. ex DHL, please check directly with the specific company for delivery method.
