  • Have you moved for the first time and feel homesick and unsettled?
  • Are you weighed down by expectations, both your own and those of others?
  • Are you lonely? Do you have bad, dark thoughts?

It's free and anonymous. The telephone line and chat, both also in English, are open all week from 4PM–6AM (also on weekends and holidays).
