When you have arrived at your apartment, you will have a checklist available in your Anker Login app. This is the written and photo-based documentation of the condition of the apartment when you first move in.
NOTE: All points must be filled out for the list to be sent in. You must fill it out with “Bra” (good) or “Avvik” (deviation). “Avvik” (deviation) must only be used when you need the janitor or the cleaning personnel to come to correct the deviation.
Normal wear should not be marked with deviations. Mark those with "good" and leave a comment or upload pictures.
The electronic checklist must be filled out within 3 days, starting with the day you collect your keys or your digital key become active (contract start date). We do not postpone this deadline.
