Co-tenant

Do you plan on getting a friend, family member or girlfriend/boyfriend as a co-tenant? This is what you have to do:

1. Go to “My profile” in your login-page and press “edit profile”. 
2. Register the person as your co-habitant and upload a new profile picture of you together. 
3. Let us know you have a co-tenant and we will fix an extra set of keys for you/give you instructions on how to activate another digital key. Co-tenants must show ID in the housing reception to collect keys, together with the main tenant. 

NOTE: Only the main tenant will be listed on the contract, but we will happily give a confirmation for co-tenantship, if needed. You cannot have a co-tenant if you live in the apartment types "Hybel" or "1-room single".

We highly recommend having a co-tenant agreement between yourselves. The main tenant remains fully liable for paying the rent, even with a co-tenant. See example of a co-tenant agreement from DNB here:
