You've probably heard the news about bedbugs in Europe...

Are you planning to travel abroad or are you on your way home from a bedbug-prone country? 

We must emphasize how important it is that you check your luggage carefully for bedbugs before you take it home to your student accommodation!

To protect ourselves against the ongoing spread of bed bugs in Europe, we offer our tenants to put their luggage in the freezer on arrival and for 3 days:

Send a inquiry to Janitor or e-mail vaktmester@anker.oslo.no at least 2 days prior to arrival to arrange access to freezer storage. Include which city/country you are travelling from. 

NB! All luggage must be marked with the house and room number, as well as the date when it was deposited. Baggage left for more than 7 days will be removed and thrown away due to lack of space.
