On February 27th, a major update of the Anker Student app with improved features will be released.
We see in feedback from you that many iPhone users have experienced/are experiencing losing their key in the app, and that it disappears again.
This is probably linked to an IOS update before Christmas and that the app has not been deleted correctly before new installation and key registration. To correct the error, the Anker Student app must be deleted with all data via settings on the mobile:
Go to settings --> General --> iPhone storage --> Find and select the Anker Student app --> press "delete app" --> reinstall the app in the appstore --> register a new key = this should prevent the key disappearing again!
If you still experience problems with the app or your key, please contact the Housing Administration or come to reception for assistance.
The new update will include, among other things, a much faster registration of keys and keyfriends, and everyone will receive a personal code that can be used for quick registration of a key should it unexpectedly disappear in the app.
Ankertorget, outside Servicetorget and the backyard at "lokket" is all getting a facelift in 2023/2024 - but we are starting with Ankertorget!
Renovation work in outdoor area by Storgata 95, 87, 69, 65 and 63 will be going and hopefully done by Christmas.
Some noisy work must be expected, but the result will be woth it!
