The advanced rent is approx. two months rent. See invoice in your contract. This will be used as rent for the last two months of your tenancy.
Advance rent must be paid before you can collect the keys to your apartment. If you pay the day before or the same day as you collect the keys, we may not have received the payment. Please send us a receipt for the payment by email before you pick up the keys.
You can pay advance rent via your login page, or by using the account information that you find in your contract.
